The first of the WW2 Aussies....

Managed to finish off painting and basing the first of the Aussies to face off against the Japanese forces I recently acquired.

Finished these chaps in an afternoon and was quite pleased with the basing effect.

They are a mix of Warlord and Eureka figures. Some light mortars, machine guns and flamthrower, with some rifles and SMG Officer supports. I particularly liked the Eureka sniper - sitting on a fallen tree log fixing on his next target.

Next batch is on the painting bench.
